報到須知 / Registration

• 研討會當日，所有發表者須於 9:00 前 完成報到手續。
  All presenters must complete registration before 09:00 on the day of the conference.
• 口頭發表者須於各自場次開始前，至指定簡報會場完成報到。
  Oral presenters must check in at their assigned presentation room prior to the start of their session.

簡報檔案上傳與測試 / Presentation File Upload & Testing

• 為確保會議順利進行，建議各場次發表者於 13:30 至 13:50 間，將簡報檔案上傳至該場地電腦並完成測試。
  To facilitate the smooth operation of the conference, presenters are requested to upload and test their presentation files on the assigned computer between 13:30 and 13:50.

發表時間 / Presentation Duration

• 每篇論文發表時間為 12 分鐘，問答時間為 3 分鐘（合計 15 分鐘）。
  Each presentation is allocated 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session (15 minutes in total).
